JOB DESCRIPTION

Bathhouse is seeking an attentive, organized, and hands-on Laundry Attendant to join our team. This role is primarily based in our laundry room, operating commercial machines to wash, dry, and fold linens for massage rooms, as well as towels and slides. With a high volume of guests each day, the laundry room plays a critical role in supporting our operations and maintaining the standards our guests expect.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently. Sort and pair slides by size. Pre-treat stains and follow proper washing instructions for each item. Fold, organize, and stock clean linens and towels for massage rooms and locker room areas. Maintain par levels so each department always has what they need. Track damaged or stained items and pull them from circulation. Handle laundry chemicals according to safety guidelines and training. Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and free of hazards. Monitor machines and report maintenance issues or malfunctions. Assist with inventory counts and linen rotation. Follow cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Uphold Bathhouse brand standards for presentation and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a commercial laundry or housekeeping environment preferred — comfortable using industrial washers/dryers, understanding fabric care, and keeping pace in a high-volume setting. Comfort working on your feet and performing physical tasks — ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, and safely lift or carry items up to approximately 30 lbs throughout a shift. Reliable, punctual, and professional — shows up on time, follows schedules, communicates proactively, and takes pride in their work. Able to work independently while collaborating with the team — stays focused and productive with minimal supervision, while also supporting coworkers and responding to changing needs. Clear communication skills and proficiency in English — able to read instructions, follow safety guidelines, and communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly rate: $20/hour Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance are available for full-time employees. Complimentary unlimited admission to Bathhouse. Three “Plus One” guest passes per month. 50% discount on services, retail products, and restaurant offerings.
