LIVE-IN HHA POSITIONS – SUFFOLK COUNTY$255.45 PER DAY | FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES | WEEKLY DIRECT DEPOSIT

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OPTIONS

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

  • 3-Day Live-In
  • 4-Day Live-In
  • 5-Day Live-In
  • Weekend Live-In

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Live-In HHA, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one care, including:

  • Personal care assistance
  • Assistance with activities of daily living
  • Medication reminders
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Companionship and emotional support
DRIVERS PREFERRED

A valid driver’s license is preferred , as many of our Suffolk County opportunities may require reliable transportation.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
  • Valid NYS HHA Certificate
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Physical exam completed within the past year
  • PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
  • MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
