Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Representative to join our team. You will be directly involved with prospective customers, leading them through the transition from conventional power sources to sustainable, affordable solar energy. You will educate homeowners on the benefits of energy efficiency and actively secure their business. Responsibilities You will use your communication skills to engage homeowners, explain solar options, and guide them through the adoption process. Your role is central to converting interest into sales and building long‑term customer relationships. Qualifications At least 3 years of sales experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Fluency in multiple languages (including English and Spanish) is a plus Reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Target Pay: $150,000 per year.
