Guardian Angel Senior Services – Plymouth, MA

$22–$26 per hour + Bonus Opportunities

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Are you a people person who enjoys connecting with others and helping build great teams? Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a motivated Recruiter to help us attract, interview, hire, and onboard compassionate caregivers throughout the South Shore.

Guardian Angel Senior Services is a family-owned home care agency that has proudly served Massachusetts and New Hampshire for over 21 years. We believe our caregivers are the heart of our company, and we're looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about finding great people and helping our team continue to grow.

• Recruit caregivers using Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruiting sources
• Create and manage online job postings
• Screen applicants and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Complete background checks and pre-employment requirements
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and data entry
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed
• Work closely with our Scheduling team to meet staffing needs
• Achieve weekly hiring goals and recruiting metrics

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Healthcare or home care recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls
• Tech-savvy with experience using Indeed, social media, and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This position requires extensive phone communication, computer work, and candidate follow-up throughout the day.
