Maintenance Manager

Location Address: 22324 Temescal Canyon Road, Corona, California 92883 Work Shift: Salary Exempt (United States of America) Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of mechanical & electrical personnel in safe and effective maintenance procedures. Manage a maintenance program incorporating preventative and routine activities to minimize machine downtime. Lead mechanical staff in repairs or rebuild of equipment as needed to avoid breakdowns, ensuring work is completed safely and documented accurately. Lead training requirements and professional development of the maintenance team. Troubleshoot and identify equipment problems and solutions when necessary. Manage spare parts inventory. Comply with corporate standards and applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies. Establish goals and objectives for the maintenance department aligned with plant and business goals. Ensure equipment is properly maintained to meet production schedules and quality standards. Improve equipment availability and advance preventative and predictive maintenance programs to achieve plant reliability excellence. Use maintenance technicians and equipment efficiently and advance planning and scheduling processes. Initiate and drive improvements via training programs, capital projects, and other means to focus on productivity and control of maintenance and capital spend. Analyze maintenance problems and implement corrective action plans. Develop and maintain a parts inventory system to ensure control and proper levels of spare parts. Evaluate employee performance to determine training needs and development opportunities. Other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a plant wide Maintenance Manager. Bachelor's degree or equivalent – Engineering discipline preferred. Injection molding or foaming experience preferred. PLC experience a plus. Targeted Pay Range: $109,400.00 - $136,300.00 Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
