We also offer specialty services for patients who require orthodontics and implants and those with unique needs like facial trauma or congenital conditions. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation is based on an annual salary, plus incentives (percentage of collections). 401(k), medical, dental, vision, paid time off, continuing education. Our office utilizes a fully digital workflow, is supported by certified clinical and administrative staff, and maintains a strong referral base consisting of a PPO/FFS mix. You will practice with complete autonomy using treatment modalities of your choice and be able to pursue your vision for the practice. This position is well suited for either an experienced or early career doctor. Schedule is flexible and benefits are available, current requirement is two days/week, with potential for a third day.
