Litchfield Hills Kitchen and Bath is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Kitchen Designer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer who thrives in a client-focused environment and wants unlimited earning potential through a commission-based structure.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget
• Design functional and visually stunning kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces
• Create detailed layouts, cabinetry plans, and material selections
• Guide clients through the design and remodeling process from concept to completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure successful project execution
• Generate leads and help grow the company through referrals and networking

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen and bath design experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, layouts, finishes, and remodeling practices
• Experience with design software
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently
• Proven ability to close sales and deliver exceptional customer service

Compensation
