Seasonal Cover Driver (with Warehouse Support)Become a key part of our UPS team in a dynamic combo role, with a strong focus on driving! At this time of year, you'll primarily serve as a Seasonal Cover Driver making $23/hour, stepping in to support delivery operations and keep things moving. When needed, you'll also be trained to assist as a Seasonal Warehouse Worker making $21/hour.Your day-to-day assignment will vary based on business needs such as package volume, staffing needs, and seasonal demand. You may rotate between driving and warehouse duties—sometimes week to week, and other times spending extended periods in one role before transitioning to the other.If being outside, hitting the road, and keeping active sound like your kind of day—this job is for you!Please Note: This is a seasonal position; schedules may vary and can include Monday through Saturday, holidays, and peak delivery periods.Cover Driver ResponsibilitiesTypically work 8 to 10 hours per day, Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday depending on operational needsSafely operate UPS package delivery vehiclesDeliver and pick up packages while providing excellent customer serviceWork independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment and in and out of customer locationsMeet all UPS driver qualification standards and requirementsOccasionally, you may work inside the facility as a Seasonal Warehouse WorkerTypically work 3.5 to 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday or Tuesday–SaturdaySort, move, and handle packages in a fast-paced warehouse environmentReport on the assigned warehouse shift when not scheduled as a Cover DriverWhat you'll need:Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.Stamina – this is a workout like no other!Valid driver's license—no CDL required (License type varies by state – proof required to qualify for the position)Satisfactory driving historyPass the DOT physicalPass a UPS driver testExcellent customer contact and driving skillsCover drivers are expected to comply with UPS driver appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniformAuthorized to work in the U.S.Additional Benefits:Excellent weekly payPotential future career opportunities with UPS**This is a seasonal role.
