Pediatric Physician - Sign-On + Student Loan Repayment

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $240,000 – $311,000

Quarterly productivity bonuses — typically adding 10–20% of base salary annually (total cash compensation potential of $320K–$370K+)

$25,000 sign-on bonus

Student loan repayment: up to $80,000 through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program, with continuation contracts available; additional state-level repayment through the Arizona SLRP

5–6 weeks PTO to start, plus 10 paid holidays

What You'll Do:

Provide routine wellness exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings

Diagnose and treat acute pediatric illnesses, infections, and injuries

Manage chronic pediatric conditions and coordinate care with specialists

Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyles

Qualifications:

MD or DO

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)

Current DEA registration

BLS and PALS certifications
