You will be calling on various organizations within your territory including Complex Rehab Centers, Spina Bifida Centers, Hospital/Hospital Systems, and Urological Specialists/Centers selling items in our Medical Supply Division – Catheters, Incontinence, Ostomy, and Wound Care Products.Prospect new leads and reach out to educate them on Numotion’s mobility solutionsDevelop relationships with the decision makers of clinical accountsMake product recommendations to the client that best suite their needsBuild internal relationships with Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) within NumotionWhat you need to succeed:To be successful as an MSAM with Numotion you’ll need to have the ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients through cold calling, referrals, regular follow-up, and other creative techniques. You are someone who enjoys a challenge and is able to juggle several responsibilities at once – time management in this role is vital. Additionally, you’ll need to be highly self-motivated as you’ll work independently and receive minimal supervision throughout the day.Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field (i.e. Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Biomedical Engineering, etc.) highly preferred; work experience can substitute for a college degreeMinimum three (3) or more years within an outside sales role requiredBackground in Urology, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Complex Rehab Technology (CRT), Home Health, Pharmaceutical, or Wound Care fields highly preferredUnderstanding of Medicare Documentation preferredExceptional sales experience, including strategic territory & account planning experienceEnthusiasm/Motivation, a self-starterThe ability to create and give presentations with creativity & independenceWillingness to travel in vehicle for 60% of the day over a large geographic territoryNumotion’s compensation package is world class with a competitive base salary plus a lucrative commission potential.
