About the Role:
We are a construction company based out of Holyoke Colorado who complete residential and commercial projects from the ground up as well as remodels. We also specialize in painting, seamless gutters, spray foam insulation application and polyurea application.
We are looking to hire a lead foreman, THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. Asking that applicants have 5+ years experience in construction, concrete experience a plus.

MUST BE PROFICIENT IN FRAMING RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS, INSTALLING WINDOWS + SIDING, PAINTING, ETC. All applications without this experience will be denied.

$25+ an hour depending upon experience. Average 80 hr/2 weeks. OVERTIME AT TIME AND A HALF WITH SOME WEEKENDS REQUIRED!

REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to delegate, lead, and train employees as well as follow and enforce all safety protocols. Must be willing to work out of town and have good communication skills. Must have a driver's license, vehicle and cell phone.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on residential and commercial job sites
• Communicate with customers on scheduling and progress of job
• Document work order changes
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and work orders to ensure accurate project execution
• Monitor job site safety and enforce safety compliance standards
• Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to ownership
• Manage material inventory, equipment, and subcontractor/employee scheduling
• Ensure quality control and workmanship standards are met throughout all phases of construction
• Mentor and train crew members to maintain productivity and skill development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction with at least 1 year in a foreman or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of general construction, framing, and/or painting practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Solid understanding of job site safety regulations 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
• Must be proficient with computers
