What You'll Do

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on care that promotes recovery and quality of life
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team
• Maintain documentation and productivity standards with excellence

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license
• Experience in acute, rehab, or long-term care is a plus new grads welcome!
