SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have) 12+ years of extensive Teamcenter PLM experience with deep architectural knowledge (2-tier and 4-tier environments) Advanced Teamcenter Customization expertise utilizing BMIDE, ITK, Active Workspace, RAC, SOA, TCXML configurations, and XSLT Proven experience defining Data Models and Product Structures, including complex business rules, relationships, and constraints Hands-on experience implementing enterprise integrations between Teamcenter and external systems like CAD, MES, and SAP (specifically T4S) Strong development skills in C/C++, Java, and database systems (SQL or Oracle) Secondary (Good to Have) Familiarity with web/microservices and API integrations (REST, SOAP) Experience handling Teamcenter platform upgrades, large-scale data migrations, and release management Expertise across functional Teamcenter modules: Organization, Portfolio Management, Project, Access Manager (ACL), Workflow, and Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP) Cross-functional stakeholder management across Development, QA, Support, and Business units

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an elite Senior Teamcenter PLM Architect for an executive-led, onsite engagement in Santa Clara, CA. Bringing over 15 years of deep industry expertise, the successful candidate will own the end-to-end architecture, optimization, and scaling of Teamcenter PLM environments. This role functions as the technical compass for enterprise-level product lifecycle management, directly driving seamless data model definitions and mission-critical integrations with CAD, MES, and SAP ecosystems to support global manufacturing workflows.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Architect, design, and govern high-performance Teamcenter environments, ensuring enterprise scalability, top-tier performance, and rigorous security governance Lead end-to-end Teamcenter customization and application development, maximizing platform capabilities via BMIDE, ITK, and Active Workspace client modifications Own the complete data modeling lifecycle, establishing robust rules, relationships, access controls (ACL), and complex BOM Management structures Drive technical alignment and orchestrate critical integrations between Teamcenter and external enterprise systems, explicitly leveraging T4S for SAP and CAD layers Manage technical communication and alignment among multi-disciplinary stakeholders, including Development, QA, Support, and Executive Business Owners Provide strategic architectural oversight during platform upgrades, migrations, and automated deployment release pipelines
