Shift Information 2nd shift fulltime, parttime 6p-6a Friday, Sat, Sun every weekend PRN Location This career opportunity is located in Sac City, Iowa About the Role We are currently searching for Licensed Practical Nurses, LPNs to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Park View Rehabilitation Center. LPNs are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work ensures our residents receive the high standard of care they expect. You will administer medication and nursing care as directed by care plans, conduct resident assessments, lead the team, and advocate for residents. Residents rely on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to stay comfortable and safe. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individual care plans. Administer medications and maintain accurate records. Conduct routine and comprehensive resident assessments. Serve as a team leader and advocate for resident needs. Qualifications As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
