Sale representative are responsible for customer relations of our services from beginning to end. This individual is the direct point of contact for a customer and is responsible for ensuring that the customer's needs and expectations are met. Responsibilities

• Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads. It’s easy and its fun.
• Educate owners and their staff on Roll Call’s programs. Also fun and makes you more money!
• Constant communication with customers and their staff to ensure goals are met. Same as above
• Submit reports and contracts expeditiously. This gets you paid faster
• Make your goals! Ka Ching!

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, however if you have a great personality, we will teach you.
• Customer service and people skills, meaning be nice to everyone!
• Professional appearance. I don’t care if you have some tasteful tattoos, but if they are on your neck or face, then don’t apply.
• Phone, email, and chat communication skills! If you call people dude, cuz or bro, don’t apply.
• Prospecting skills.
• Territory management
• Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. You don’t really need this because our program sells itself. Just be knowledgeable and honest.
