They onboard new accounts, answer questions, and help users get value from a product. They watch usage signals and step in before customers churn. The role mixes support, training, and account management. Customer success teams are measured on retention, usage, and customer satisfaction. Cross-functional teams coordinate efforts to deliver measurable impact on safety outcomes.### RequirementsA bachelor's degree is required for this position. Formal education provides a foundation for analyzing complex operational challenges.The candidate brings 3-5 years of experience in strategy & operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field in a fast-paced environment. Background in high-pressure settings builds capability for this role.Complex problems are broken down, prioritized effectively, and translated into clear, structured approaches that drive impact. Analytical thinking turns intricate issues into actionable plans.Independent ownership of ambiguous initiatives from definition through execution delivers results. Self-directed execution demonstrates accountability for outcomes in uncertain scenarios.High-pressure environments are navigated with strong attention to detail and consistent execution. Precision under stress supports reliable safety incident management.Influence is applied with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on safety CX requirements.
