Lead Complex Industrial Projects for a Growing Design-Build Contractor

A nationally recognized design-build contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing construction projects across Pennsylvania and surrounding markets.

This role is ideal for a construction leader who thrives in fast-paced, technically demanding environments and can confidently manage projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases of delivery — preconstruction through closeout

• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and risk mitigation

• Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations

• Drive constructability reviews, logistics planning, and execution strategy

• Partner closely with superintendents to maintain project efficiency and site performance

• Oversee contract administration, change management, and financial reporting

• Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are consistently achieved

• Mentor project engineers and junior project managers

What They're Looking For

• 10+ years of project management experience within industrial construction

• Manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, or cold storage project experience required

• Proven success managing projects exceeding $10M+

• Strong design-build and preconstruction experience

• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and field coordination

• Ability to lead technically complex, fast-track construction xhyhwjd projects

• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, CMiC, or similar platforms

• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
