Job Description As an Associate Dentist, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Working alongside an experienced team of dental professionals, you will have the opportunity to showcase your clinical expertise while contributing to the growth and success of their practice. Patient Care Conduct thorough dental examinations to assess oral health and diagnose dental conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' oral health needs. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures to maintain optimal dental health. Collaboration Collaborate with our team of dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and workflow efficiency. Consult and collaborate with specialists when necessary to address complex dental cases and provide comprehensive treatment solutions. Professional Development Stay abreast of advancements in dental technology, techniques, and best practices through continuing education and professional development opportunities. Actively participate in clinical case reviews, peer discussions, and continuing education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Patient Communication Build strong rapport and trust with patients through effective communication and empathetic care. Clearly explain treatment options, procedures, and associated costs to patients, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their dental care decisions. Compliance and Quality Assurance Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards set forth by relevant dental governing bodies, including OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with practice protocols and legal requirements. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Active state dental license in good standing. Proven experience in providing general dental care, with proficiency in performing common dental procedures. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and team members. Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
