As a Retail Lead, you will be a key part of our leadership team, supporting the General Manager in overseeing the retail floor, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and guiding the team to meet sales goals. This role requires a mix of hands-on engagement, operational efficiency, and a deep enthusiasm for Sloomoo's playful and creative world. You will be key to upholding Sloomoo's values:

Customer Experience & Sales:
- Deliver an engaging, fun, and interactive shopping experience.
- Assist guests with product selection and slime customization.
- Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and storytelling.
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm on the floor.
- Customer engagement and upselling.
- Lead by example, motivating and coaching team members.
- Assist in training new hires and reinforcing company standards.
- Support scheduling, breaks, and team coordination during shifts.
- Coordinate and provide training for retail specialists on brand standards.
- Support Experience operation when required.
- Maintain visual and sensory merchandising to align with brand standards.
- Ensure product displays are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Help oversee inventory management, restocking, and loss prevention.
- Embody the spirit of Sloomoo through creativity and playfulness.
- Support special events, workshops, and community engagement initiatives.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a positive manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creativity, sensory play, and engaging customer experiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
