About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate CNA to join our interdisciplinary team. As a CNA at Alden Long Grove, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Our CNA's are responsible for:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting changes to nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Assisting with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing techniques and best practices
