Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Compensation: $37 - $39/hour | Per Diem | Hampton Roads, VA

Same-Day or Next-Day Pay Available

Qualifications

• Current LPN license
• At least 1 year of experience in a facility setting
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• PPD test completed within the last year
• Must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations. No weight restrictions apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Gather and record patient information accurately
• Provide wound care and educate patients
• Monitor and communicate any changes in patient conditions
• Assist patients with daily living activities as required
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Carry out additional LPN responsibilities based on facility requirements
