Senior Commercial Contracts Counsel

LHH Legal Recruitment Solutions is working directly with a leading, growth-oriented organization seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney to join its high-volume, business-facing legal team. This is an opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment where attorneys partner directly with senior business leaders and play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide commercial activity.

This role is particularly well-suited for attorneys who thrive in practical, solutions-driven environments and want meaningful exposure to real-time negotiations and operational decision-making. The role will hold a high level of responsibility for drafting, reviewing, structuring and negotiating commercial transactions.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Six or more years (6+ years) of strong Firm or In House training in Contracts Law and Compliance
• Active State Bar Licensure, in good standing
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical, actionable legal advice
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with senior stakeholders
