About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled bilingual Warehouse Worker/Forklift Operator, fluent in English and Spanish, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products, and operating a multidirectional forklift. You will work closely with our team to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and move aluminum products within the warehouse and onto delivery vehicles.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling of products.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and damage.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed, including staging orders.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Valid forklift operator certification
• Proven experience as a forklift operator and warehouse worker
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and recording information.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Work Conditions

• Physical work in a warehouse setting (standing, lifting, bending).
• Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
