Business Analyst - AI/Automation

Summary:
Looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI. This role will support the delivery of AI solutions while aligning with enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards. Must have hands-on experience and be actively using AI in day-to-day work. Must be comfortable working across OpenAI, Claude, and other LLM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and functional requirements for AI use cases
Translate requirements into AI workflows (RAG, automation, agent-based solutions)
Work with engineering on Azure OpenAI, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations
Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Support UAT, validation, and production rollout
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance (PII, auditability)
Assist in evaluating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) based on use case
Required
4+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Hands-on use of AI tools / LLMs in real work scenarios
Experience with Azure ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, APIs, data workflows)
Agile / Scrum experience
Ability to work with technical teams (APIs, integrations, data flows)
Understanding of enterprise data governance and security

Nice to Have:
Experience with AI/ML or GenAI projects
Exposure to RAG, prompt engineering, or AI workflows
Background in regulated environments
Familiarity with multiple LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
