You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Position Overview

As a key player in our warehouse operations, you'll be involved in receiving, storing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate records and supporting our supply chain processes. Your efforts will help us meet compliance requirements and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving materials and ensure proper storage to maintain compliance.
• Perform put-away, order picking, packing, and preparation of outbound shipments.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counting.
• Monitor inventory levels and submit purchasing requests when needed.
• Track materials, component shortages, and documentation requirements.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Utilize ERP/SAP systems to maintain data accuracy.
• Support cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Support additional warehouse and supply chain activities as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Effective communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Must be able to work on the first shift with flexibility for off-hours as required.

Preferences

• Additional education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience within a GMP environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems.
• Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and material handling practices.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
