Transit Homeless Outreach & Housing Specialist

Bowery Residents' Committee in New York City seeks a dedicated Case Manager to provide comprehensive services to chronically homeless individuals. You'll manage a caseload, meet clients in the field and office, and ensure all files and reports are up to date, guiding clients through housing barriers and entitlements. You will collaborate with clinical staff, participate in case conferences, and support clients through the Transit Homeless Outreach program across Manhattan, The Bronx, Brooklyn #J-18808-Ljbffr Bowery Residents' Committee
