Logistics Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role is an essential part of the operations support team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for shipments and customer inquiries. Pay & Shift Pay Range: $23.00 per hour Shift: Monday-Friday, 0830-1700 (30 min lunch) Responsibilities Communicate information to operations and sales personnel regarding shipments requiring special handling. Advise customers, sales personnel, and station management on the current status of all shipments. Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests for shipment status, routings, "Paid-On-Delivery" charges, or other inquiries. Coordinate with sales and customers to develop customer‑specific standard operating procedures. Assist in customer service and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Less than one year of related experience. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web‑based, and job‑specific software applications.
