This role is perfect for a caregiver who is ready to take the next step into leadership and client support while still remaining involved in hands-on care. You will play an important role in supporting caregivers, ensuring clients receive excellent care, and helping maintain strong relationships with the families we serve. Key Responsibilities Client Assessments & Care Planning Assist with in-home client assessments Support the development and updates of individualized care plans Help ensure caregivers understand and follow each client’s care plan Caregiver Support & Training Introduce new caregivers to clients at the start of services Provide follow-up training and support when needed Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field Client Relationship Support Conduct occasional client check-ins to help ensure satisfaction Communicate updates or concerns regarding client care Help maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and families Backup Care Coverage Provide hands-on caregiving when needed Assist with filling shifts when coverage gaps occur Model excellent caregiving standards for the team Who This Role Is Perfect For This role is ideal for a caregiver who takes pride in being dependable, professional, and committed to high-quality care .
