District Manager - ADLCC
$6,000 - $6,500 per monthDormont Manufacturing Co
The Arizona Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee (ADLCC) is the only organization in Arizona whose sole purpose is to elect Democrats to the State House and Senate. Our organization was formed in 2015 when Democratic leaders from the Arizona House and Senate identified the need for an organization whose purpose was to identify, support, and elect Democratic candidates statewide. In every year since our founding, we have picked up seats and held the line against Republican incumbents who continue to radicalize. In 2022, ADLCC held the line in both the State House and State Senate, set against a tough and biased redistricting year. We have broken the super majority in our state and, with a Democratic Governor heading into re-election for the 2025-2026 cycle, are more poised than ever to put a Democratic trifecta in our state government. Description Job Title: District Manager Start Date: February/March 2026 End Date: November 2026 Reports To: Deputy Campaigns Director What You Will Do In addition to access to and support from HQ ADLCC staff, the caucus program provides direct staffing services to candidates in targeted districts where Democrats have the highest likelihood of flipping a seat or the greatest need to protect an incumbent. The District Manager (DM) will oversee the campaigns in one legislative district. This role will manage multiple layers of staff and multiple candidates at once. The District Manager will oversee in-district staff, manage the 2-3 candidates running for the legislature in their district, and maintain relationships with LD leadership and other stakeholders. You will work directly on the ground, every single day, with candidates and staff in our targeted districts. Work with the Finance Manager to manage candidate/principal call time, including donor research, tracking pledges, conducting all follow-up correspondence, and officially thanking donors Work with the Field Manager to oversee field operations, including canvass scheduling and launches, volunteer recruitment, signature gathering, engagement and retention Managing the candidates to ensure that strategic campaign objectives are being achieved Coordinate with and ensure necessary ADLCC staff are fully informed of all progress and roadblocks in the district. Manage relationships with consultants and vendors assigned to your candidates. Facilitate the clear flow of information between district staff and HQ staff to prevent information silos or information gatekeeping.
