Essential Job Functions: Interpret and analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to precise specifications. Install structures, fixtures, and fittings, such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and furniture. Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs. Repair or replace damaged or worn‑out structures. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution. Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in an industrial setting. Proficient knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools. Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately. Strong attention to detail and precision. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently. Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks and lift heavy materials. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or apprenticeship is a plus.
