AUTOMOTIVE BILLING CLERK

RESPONSIBILITIES Process and post all new and used car deals. Process dealer trades Submit incentives. Enter all new car inventory. Reconcile schedules and end of month reports. problem resolution of account related issues Post manual journal entries and any other posting as required. Assist in other projects as requested by management. QUALIFICATIONS HS Diploma/Equivalent Automotive accounting experience preferred. Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Reynolds dealership software experience preferred Prior Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred, but not required.
