We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Clinical Sciences team, supporting our Immune/Inflammatory clinical development programs. In this role, you will help lead the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical studies, partnering closely with Medical Directors and cross-functional study teams to advance candidates through early and/or late phase development. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Tarrytown, NY, Cambridge, MA, or Warren, NJDiscover your role:Lead the scientific strategy behind clinical studies from design through execution and reportingPartner with Medical Directors and cross-functional teams to shape protocols, amendments, and study conductBuild deep expertise in disease biology, compound mechanism of action, and the competitive treatment landscapeAuthor and review key trial documents, including expanded synopses, monitoring plans, and study reportsSafeguard patient safety through ongoing clinical and medical data reviewIdentify risks to study integrity early and drive practical mitigation strategiesRepresent Clinical Sciences on program teams, steering committees, and safety monitoring boardsChampion consistent, high-quality data review practices across assigned studiesThis role requires:MS, PhD, or PharmD in a related scientific field, plus 8+ years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience (other levels considered based on experience)Proven knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, clinical trial design, and regulatory requirementsStrong medical writing skills and clinical research methodology expertiseExperience in Immune/Inflammatory clinical trials preferredDemonstrated success working cross-functionally in a matrix organizationDoes this sound like you?
