If you are looking to join a growing team that's ready to invest in you and your career, then apply now!Material Handler PositionThe material handler will work in the receiving area in both building 56 and building 46 providing material movement and other services to both departments throughout the day.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMove job material in the plant using pump jack, electric jack, forklift, or Hi-LoQC packaging of jobs according to directions listed on job bag.Secure pallets for shipping using pallet wrapper, hand shrink wrap, or strapping.Assist in packing boxes to make ready for shipment.Generate shipping documents that include Bills of Lading (BOL's), shipping labels, and packing labels.Basic record keepingEnsure pallets are labeled and correct shipping documents are attached.Load/unload trucks and vansLoad/unload mail supplies from storage trailers in yardKeep the staging areas neat and organized.Perform other duties as requested.RequirementsRequired Education/ExperiencePrevious Shipping/warehouse experience.Previous experience operating Hi-Lo, forklift, and electric pallet jack.Knowledge of using a computer for data entryKnowledge of general maintenance proceduresAbility to lift up to 50lbs.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with company match, and other voluntary benefits offeredEqual Opportunity Employer Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
