Hospitalidad y Servicio para Huspedes
- Saluda a cada invitado con calidez, amabilidad y un genuino deseo de servir.
- Despdete clidamente y con cario a cada invitado y dadles las gracias por su visita.
- Ayuda proactivamente a los clientes con necesidades como recargas, servicio en la mesa, tronas, condimentos, envases y bandejas para llevar.
- Crea una experiencia cmoda anticipando las necesidades de los invitados antes de que lo pidan.
- Entablar conversaciones amistosas con los invitados manteniendo su profesionalidad.
- Apoya necesidades relacionadas con la acera, la comida mvil y la entrega cuando sea aplicable.
Limpieza y organizacin del comedor
- Mantn un comedor impecable mediante toques continuos en la mesa, control de basura y reposicin.
- Asegrate de que los baos permanezcan limpios, desinfectados y abastecidos en todo momento.
- Mantn las estaciones de condimentos, las zonas de bebidas y las estaciones de utensilios limpias, organizadas y recargadas.
- Ayuda en el mantenimiento de las zonas exteriores para comer.
- Sigue todos los protocolos de seguridad y saneamiento alimentario de forma constante.
Apoyo proactivo a las operaciones
- Identificar necesidades emergentes durante los periodos de mayor actividad y comunicarse eficazmente con el equipo de Recepcin.
- Apoya a los miembros del equipo recolocando bandejas, almacenando suministros y cambiando de sitio donde sea necesario.
- Ayuda a gestionar el flujo en el comedor y la disponibilidad de asientos durante las horas punta.
