Weekend RN or LPN Charge Nurse with a $2,000 Sign on Bonus!

At Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center , we are seeking an experienced RN or LPN to join our team as a Weekend Charge Nurse. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while leading by example with your clinical expertise and leadership skills.

About the Role:

As a Weekend Charge Nurse at Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center , you will oversee resident care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure the unit operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. This is a high-priority vacancy for a dependable nurse who can provide strong clinical leadership and support the nursing team during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations during assigned weekend shifts
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
• Communicate with physicians, families, and on-call leadership
• Complete accurate clinical documentation
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure care plans and facility procedures are followed
• Respond to emergencies and address resident or family concerns
• Maintain a professional and resident-centered environment

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Dependable weekend availability
• Ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Salary:

• LPN Charge: $41 -$48.50
• RN Charge: $47-53.50
