Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Lincolnshire, IL

Salary Range: $55-65k

Role Overview:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales order process for assigned customers, serving as the primary liaison between customers, Regional Sales Managers, sales representatives, and internal departments. This role manages orders from quotation through shipment and invoicing while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and contract reviews from inquiry through completion
• Coordinate order fulfillment, delivery schedules, shipping documentation, invoicing, and order status updates
• Communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth order execution
• Maintain product availability information and support custom order specifications, returns, and service requests
• Prepare transportation and export documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping paperwork
• Utilize SAP and other systems to manage orders and maintain accurate customer and order records
• Support reception/call center responsibilities and assist with additional projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales support position
• Excel skills, including creating linked spreadsheets and importing/exporting data
• SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus
