Description Responsibilities Assist with recording day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite) Prepare and reconcile bank and credit card statements Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Help generate and format basic financial reports Assist with month-end close procedures Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of client financial records Maintain documentation and organize client files Collaborate with senior accountants and staff to ensure client deadlines are met Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace Experience with accounting software is a plus Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills What You’ll Gain Practical experience in outsourced accounting practices Mentorship from experienced accounting professionals Exposure to multiple accounting platforms and client scenarios Networking opportunities and potential for long-term employment #J-18808-Ljbffr TL Squared, LLP
