Key Responsibilities:
As an LPN at Park Ave Extended Care Facility, you will:
Perform nursing functions within the scope of your LPN licensure.
Collaborate closely with all members of the nursing team and adapt to changing day-to-day clinical environments.
Receive training and support, making it an ideal environment for new grad LPNs and experienced professionals alike.
Position Requirements:
Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing.
Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New York.
