Job Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce tight-tolerance aerospace components Read blueprints and GD&T to plan and execute precise machining Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify dimensions Maintain equipment, production records, and quality standards Assist with setups and ensure consistent production flow Basic Hiring Criteria 3+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace preferred) Strong understanding of GD&T and shop math (fractions, ratios, percentages) Experience in CNC milling Skilled using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, depth gauges, and size blocks Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and reliable High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Benefits offered vary by contract.
