Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Join the imaging team as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a hospital setting.

Schedule: Full-time days.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, measure, and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to orders and safety protocols.
• Perform nuclear medicine procedures, position patients, acquire images, and document studies.
• Complete quality-control checks and performance testing on imaging and radiation-measuring equipment.
• Follow radiation-safety procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and disposing of radioactive materials.
• Coordinate exams and workflow, and help patients understand and feel comfortable during procedures.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine program or qualified ARRT-registered technologist.
• ARRT or NMTCB registration; registry pending may be considered.
• North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners license or temporary license.
• Working knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures.
• Ability to start IVs for contrast administration.

Compensation: $36.45$56.50 per hour.
