Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time. Provide backup and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence when required. Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow & maximum synergy. Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities. Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business. Other duties as assigned. Your Key Qualifications HS Diploma / GED. Experience in a Lead role. Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment. Prior forklift experience. Why Join DP World?
