Policy and Capabilities (PC) Team Lead The Policy and Capabilities (PC) Team Lead will provide leadership, management, and oversight in support of the Sponsor's mission and objectives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead administrator for all PC team activities. Support the Sponsor by directing PC team efforts across multiple locations. Act as the primary interface and point of contact for Sponsor program authorities and representatives regarding technical, operational, and project-related matters. Provide regular briefings to PC leadership on program status, milestones, risks, and accomplishments. Oversee PC team and project operations through the development of procedures, planning, and execution of contractual, technical, multidisciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support activities. Monitor project performance and provide timely reporting on progress, issues, and outcomes. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the PC mission, objectives, and evolving requirements to ensure effective and responsive support. Provide regular status updates and feedback to the Program Manager regarding work performed in support of the PC mission. Required Qualifications Minimum of four (4) years of hands‑on experience as a Project Manager. Experience developing decision‑quality materials, including strategic papers, options analyses, and executive‑level briefings, as well as managing executive action tracking. Experience overseeing or guiding portfolio and program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategies, including vendor management and enterprise licensing concepts. Active security clearance required TS/Poly (level determined by contract requirements). Desired Qualification Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes. Experience with AI architecture patterns, including model hosting, vector search/retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), data pipelines, APIs, and orchestration frameworks. Experience briefing senior leaders and leading cross‑functional team delivery efforts. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. At least Eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.
