Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides effective and efficient nursing care, aiming for positive clinical outcomes and high levels of patient and family satisfaction.

• Assess patients/residents to gather data, monitor their condition, and report any changes.
• Assist in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physician orders.
• Oversee and monitor the care provided by unlicensed staff members.

• Must have graduated from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Must hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing or be in the process of obtaining licensure as a practical nurse.
• Must maintain up-to-date BLS/CPR certification if employed in a skilled nursing facility or as required by state regulations in an assisted living setting.

Posted Salary Range: USD $30.00 - USD $35.50 per hour.
