Part Time Clinical Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform laboratory testing, prepare specimens, and ensure accurate data for diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities Include Conducting routine and specialized tests independently while maintaining quality control standards. Calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment. Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety protocols. Participating in performance improvement and inventory management efforts. Adapting communication and procedures to diverse patient populations. Documenting results and escalating issues as needed. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree required; no work experience necessary. Current license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent, with ASCP certification preferred. Proficiency in computer skills, data entry, and Windows applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle physical demands, including standing, bending, and lifting, and work in a healthcare environment with potential exposure to biological hazards.
