Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join their team in Saint Augustine, FL. The attorney will manage all aspects of personal injury cases, from gathering necessary documents and evidence to negotiating settlements. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to guide clients and manage a legal team. Duties Oversee the evaluation of personal injury case merits. Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication. Handle medical reviews and negotiate settlements as necessary. Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery. Requirements 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Trial experience is a plus. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Firm understanding of Florida personal injury law. Ability to handle a large caseload and demonstrate effective leadership skills. Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent client interaction skills.
