PMI is currently seeking Experienced Press Brake Operators to help build high-quality parts and assemblies that meet precise standards. Experience in a manufacturing setting is required, press brake operating experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. 3-day weekend every week!

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Perform precise measurements and calculations using basic math
• Conduct routine maintenance and ensure press brake machines run efficiently
• Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling as needed
• Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Position Requirements - What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a manufacturing setting required
• Experience operating press brake machines preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Solid understanding of basic math for accurate fabrication
• Experience with machining, laser cutting, or fabrication is a plus
• Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools
• Forklift and crane operation experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds unassisted. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
