Finance Manager

Description Key job responsibilities Develop and drive new and evolving programs with cross-functional stakeholders, defining end to end strategy, owning and managing implementation activities, developing processes, metrics, documentation and communications, and supporting continuous improvement of programs. Partner with worldwide business, technology, and product teams on delivering high-quality programs. Provide feedback on priorities, timelines, and outcomes to influence business processes and decision making to scale financial recordkeeping health while meeting business objectives. Communicate and influence adoption of programs and processes across leaders, peers, and cross functional organizations. Collaborate and build relationships with business, product, accounting, technology, and finance owners globally to build scalable financial automation with the highest degree of controllership. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects Preferred Qualifications CPA Knowledge of GAAP research tools and the FASB codification Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients Knowledge of internal control framework (specifically COSO) to assess control design and operational efficiency Experience partnering with technology teams to design financial recordkeeping systems for global, multi-currency, multi-entity organizations Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
