As a trusted advisor, you will partner directly with clients to implement cutting-edge asset management and GIS technology, transforming daily operations and building sustainable communities.

In this role, you will act as a primary champion for public sector modernization, directly guiding organizations to optimize asset workflows, adopt industry best practices, and achieve long-term digital transformation through the power of Trimble Unity and Esri technology.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Partner directly with local government and utility clients to configure, deploy, and roll out enterprise Trimble Unity platform solutions.

• Serve as a strategic advisor, offering guidance on industry best practices, technology architectures, and deployment methodologies.

• Collaborate across internal teams and Customer Success to advocate for client needs, ensure long-term solution adoption, and drive retention.

• Streamline complex public sector and utility workflows by integrating Trimble and Esri technology ecosystems.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, or administering enterprise solutions leveraging ArcGIS or Trimble Unity platforms.

• 3+ years of technical project management experience within enterprise software deployments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills with a client-focused attitude.

• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with software engineering principles or robust application development practices.

• Hands-on expertise with Trimble Unity, Cityworks, or equivalent enterprise asset management technology.

• Domain experience in local government, public works, utilities, or transportation sectors.
