Parts Coordinator

Parts Coordinator Transdev in Norcross, GA is hiring a Parts Coordinator. The Parts Coordinator performs basic vehicle servicing, cleaning and fueling with limited supervision. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Compensation Competitive compensation package of minimum $24.03 – Maximum $26.44 Benefits Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks Sick days: 5 days Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the ordering, receiving, and stocking of diesel parts and supplies Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts Work closely with maintenance technicians to ensure timely parts availability Source parts from vendors and negotiate pricing when necessary Track and monitor backorders and expedite urgent parts requests Maintain records of purchases, warranties, and vendor information Ensure proper storage and organization of parts in the warehouse Process invoices and ensure accuracy of billing and documentation Assist with budgeting and cost control for parts and supplies Follow all safety and compliance standards related to parts handling and storage Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1 to 3 years of parts room experience Computer literate with strong attention to detail. Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason. Physical Requirements Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen. Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
