Express Lube Manager

Maximize drive efficiency by scheduling workloads and staffing to meet service demand. Ensure quality control standards are consistently met for all work performed. Manage workflow processes and ensure technicians are utilizing systems and procedures effectively. Partner with Service Advisors and department leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, accountability, and performance discussions. Conduct one-on-one meetings focused on employee development, engagement, and career growth. Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Service Director. Continuously improve department Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI) scores, guest satisfaction, and overall team morale. Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.
